Ingredients
- Garlic clove (2 unit)
- Plum tomatoes (400 gram)
- Parsley (1 handful)
- Capers (1 handful)
- Chilli (1 unit)
- Linguine (125 gram)
- Anchovies (25 gram)
- Black olives (1 handful)
Method
- With the oil from the anchovies, fry the garlic, anchovies, and chillies for a few minutes, until the anchovies are dissolved.
- Add capers and olives for a minute.
- Add the tomato sauce, allow this to reduce.
- Boil the pasta.
- Mix into one pan off the heat and gently stir to thicken the sauce.
- Serve, garnish with parsley.
