Method

  1. Rinse the rice then add the water, and a bit of salt.
  2. Beat the eggs with salt and sliced chillies.
  3. Boil the rice, then once bubbling, put to the lowest heat and cover. It should take about 10 minutes.
  4. When the rice is almost done, cook the omlette, leaving it slightly runny.
  5. Serve the rice with the omlette on top.
