Ingredients
- Garlic clove (4 unit)
- Spinach (2 handful)
- Halloumi (112 gram)
- Butternut squash (1 unit)
- Tahini (1 dollop)
Method
- Peel and chunk the butternut squash, toss in olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Roast the squash for about 40 minutes at 200°C.
- Just before the squash is done, fry the sliced garlic and spinach. Then do the halloumi.
- Serve up with tahini drizzled over everything.
